Who are Wayne Morris and Laura Wheeler?
Wayne Morris began his journey in SaaS in 1998, building his first product before the term “SaaS” was even coined. Over the next two decades, he played a pivotal role in scaling multiple enterprise B2B SaaS companies across the US, Europe, and Asia, guiding them from pre-revenue stages to over $20M in annual recurring revenue and achieving two $150M exits. In 2021, Wayne distilled his extensive experience into a practical go-to-market (GTM) framework, now recognized by MBA programs at institutions like Cornell and adopted by leading venture capitalists as a benchmark for due diligence.
Laura Wheeler entered the startup landscape in 2007 and quickly became a tenured leader in revenue operations and enablement. At Tableau Software, she was the first Revenue Operator in the GTM team, helping the company transition to a SaaS model and leading the creation of a Public Sector vertical that grew from $1M to over $250M in revenue.
Following her success at Tableau and other high-growth startups, Laura joined Wayne as co-founder and COO, bringing her operational expertise to scale the RVNU framework and help founders build efficient, scalable GTM organizations at scale.
